4501 N. Fairfax Spec Suites

Transwestern aimed to revitalize 4501 N. Fairfax Drive through a comprehensive building repositioning, which included several phases of renovation across multiple floors. This initiative sought to enhance the building’s appeal while integrating modern, functional spaces for tenants. Price Modern played a key role in furnishing and outfitting critical areas to align with the overall architectural vision. Working in tandem with DBI Architects, Price Modern provided furniture solutions for lounge areas, a conference center, team meeting rooms, phone rooms, and a café area. These spaces were designed to provide dynamic and flexible environments that support productivity and collaboration.

One of the primary challenges in this project was ensuring the new spaces reflected the previous work done within the building while maintaining the budget. To achieve this, Price Modern collaborated with several different vendors, carefully curating a selection of furniture that delivered a branded, high-quality solution without exceeding Transwestern’s budgetary goals. Through careful coordination and a solutions-driven approach, Price Modern successfully furnished these upgraded spaces, contributing to a cohesive and inviting environment. The result is a modern, collaborative workspace that enhances tenant experience and elevates the building’s overall appeal.
