Alarm.com Headquarters

Global technology company, Alarm.com, sought to create a new headquarters that would represent their energetic culture and commitment to excellence. The project encompassed seven floors with multiple phases for build-out and furniture installation, requiring all project partners to communicate regularly and effectively. The Price Modern team worked diligently throughout the two-year duration to complete this impressive project, collaborating closely with Alarm.com and OTJ Architects to ensure the design intent was realized.

Our team participated in design development sessions to assist in selecting furniture solutions that would best serve the needs of Alarm.com’s staff and visitors. The furniture package included solutions for workstations, single and double private offices, multiple pantries, conference and training rooms of various sizes, intimate huddle rooms, and a plethora of unique lounge and collaborative areas throughout every floor. The Price Modern team delivered this complex project flawlessly and to Alarm.com’s complete satisfaction. We continue to support Alarm. com post occupancy as their needs evolve
