Beckert’s Park

Foulger-Pratt and Streetsense called on Price Modern to assist in designing amenity spaces rooted in comfort and luxury. Though the building was new, it was important to Foulger-Pratt to create a space that would blend seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood and take the Capitol Hill history into account. With this in mind, our team worked closely with Streetsense to select furniture solutions that would create unique vignettes in a largely open lobby, giving residents ample opportunities for lounging, socializing, and co-working. We also specified furniture for the clubroom, game room, rooftop, courtyard, and model units.

The Price Modern team value engineered many of the initial furniture selections to maintain the budget without losing the luxury-focused design intent. To ensure this expansive project would be completed on time, our team maintained open lines of communication with Foulger-Pratt and all additional vendors throughout the multi-phase installation. The result is a group of amenity spaces delicately balanced between modern and historic, sure to charm anyone looking for a place to call home.
