College Park City Hall

The City of College Park (City) partnered with the University of Maryland (University) to develop a one-of-a-kind facility that would serve the entire community. This massive undertaking required close communication among all partners and vendors to ensure a successful outcome for both parties.

Price Modern worked closely with both the City and University to understand the goals for their individual spaces. Together, both parties aspired to create a highly functional, modern environment for staff and community members alike. Our team specified solutions for workstations, private offices, huddle rooms, collaborative areas, break rooms, and a large city council chamber.

Though the building is shared, the Price Modern team worked with the City and University separately for their spaces, requiring our team to maintain a cohesive aesthetic across all four floors. We also ensured products were ordered by floor and that the phased installation schedule would meet the desired move-in timeline. The Price Modern team was able to deliver this unique project on time and within budget, satisfying both the City and University as they embark on an exciting new partnership.
