Design Collective

As a Baltimore-founded company, Design Collective was committed to remaining in the city as they searched
for a new place to call home. After much deliberation, the company decided on a building with beautiful Inner
Harbor views and walking distance to plenty of attractions for staff.
With the goal of increasing collaboration, Design Collective called on Price Modern to help develop a furniture
package that would encourage staff to come together. Our team partnered closely with Design Collective to
strategically place huddle areas and work tables for teams to utilize as they create bespoke environments for
their own clients.
The design firm also wished to ensure natural light could reach the entire space, capitalizing on the large
windows overlooking the harbor. To achieve this, our team specified workstations with glass partitions to ensure
acoustical privacy without reducing sight lines. Staff are also provided with ample storage, height adjustable
desks, and ergonomic seating to support overall well-being while in the office. The Price Modern team was
elated with the result and the opportunity to support one of our design partners in their own space
