Designed as part of the 6.5 million-square-foot Scotts Run development, the Heming is a new luxury residential tower with over 23,000 square feet of amenity spaces. Skanska and Streetsense envisioned a space that would create a balance between city life and relaxation for residents with a smooth transition between the indoors and outdoors.

Price Modern’s dedicated Public Spaces Studio partnered closely with Skanska and Streetsense to specify furniture solutions that would invite residents to unwind in one of the many amenity spaces. Our team provided expert recommendations that would bring the design vision to life and coordinated all shop drawings and finish selections, delivery and installation scheduling, and ensured the final punch list was completed to the highest standards. Residents are now enticed to spend time in one of several lounge areas, co-working spaces, a game room, and tranquil pool deck
