A leader in innovative healthcare solutions, this client is committed to the health and well-being of each and every one of its 240,000 members and the providers who care for them. Their newly-built office was designed by Design Collective with a multitude of space choices and healthy initiatives in mind for their 900+ employees. Seeking to consolidate multiple departments under one roof, Johns Hopkins HealthCare found a new home in a 180,000 SF contiguous floor plate in Hanover, MD. Senior Leadership had a focused directive to create a healthy, modern work environment that encouraged collaboration, equality, and supported their mission.

With an expansive floor plate, Design Collective created opportunities to establish identifiable neighborhoods, provide staff options for varying work modes, and incorporate clear wayfinding methods through environmental graphics all in an effort to break down the floorplate to a relatable scale and promote a healthy, collaborative workplace. Price Modern worked closely with Design Collective and the Johns Hopkins HealthCare project manager to successfully procure, deliver, and install all project furniture.
