As part of a multi-year renovation initiative, the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) partnered with Price Modern and Gensler to enhance key hospitality spaces within M&T Bank Stadium. Focused on elevating the gameday experience beyond the seat, the project included The Blackwing, Miller Lite Gatehouse & Roof Deck, and the Press Suites. Each space was designed to offer fans and guests a dynamic, premium environment that blends comfort, social engagement, and world-class amenities. With a compressed timeline and a significant portion of the specified products sourced from overseas suppliers, the project required meticulous planning and coordination.

Price Modern’s team closely tracked shipments, conducted off-hours calls with international manufacturers, and worked collaboratively to ensure all furniture arrived on schedule. Throughout the installation process, Price Modern partnered closely with the delivery and installation team to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
