St. James Academy

St. James Academy reimagined its middle school as a vibrant, student-centered environment designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and hands-on learning. Working alongside JMT Architecture, Price Modern furnished the renovated and expanded facility with flexible solutions for classrooms, science labs, art studios, makerspaces, collaborative commons, and faculty spaces. Extensive finish studies, renderings, and coordination of a complex custom upholstery program helped bring the design vision to life while preserving the architect’s intent. From the custom feature table in the main entry to hospitality-inspired commons and adaptable classrooms, every furniture solution was selected to support evolving teaching styles, encourage student engagement, and create a welcoming environment built for long-term learning.
