The Lucie

Reimagining a vacant site, The Lucie is a new multi-family development in the Brewers Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. With the goal of creating an unrivaled living experience for residents, Greystar envisioned a space that would meet a variety of needs under one roof. Price Modern partnered closely with Greystar and Streetsense to understand their vision for the multitude of amenity spaces and high-end model units meant to entice new tenants. Our Public Spaces Studio worked hand-in-hand with Streetsense to develop a furniture package that would meet the design goals shared by Greystar from the outset of the project.

To ensure the project stayed on budget, the Price Modern team utilized our product expertise to suggest alternative options that included custom furniture, draperies, and area rugs. We managed communication and ordering with a multitude of manufacturers to ensure products arrived on time and as specified. The Lucie’s amenity spaces include a club room, library, game room, sky lounge, conference room, pool deck, and courtyard. Our team also specified furnishings and accessories for the model units to encourage potential residents in choosing The Lucie as their new home.
